Tengi Power was awarded TUV SUD residential energy storage Product certification
On August 30, 2023, TÜV SÜD (hereinafter referred to as "TÜV SÜD") served as the representative of Zhengzhou Tengi Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tengi Power") during the 2nd EESA China International Energy Storage Exhibition. Residential energy storage products are issued TÜV SÜD certification based on technical specifications standards IEC62619, IEC63056, and IEC62477. Xu Hailiang, Vice President of TÜV SÜD Smart Energy, Geng Yang, Technical Director of Tengi Power Storage R&D Center and other guests attended the certificate awarding ceremony.
Tengi Power is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales with import and export rights, focusing on photovoltaics, energy storage and other related industries. In this certification project, TÜV SÜD conducted multiple tests on Tengi Power’s residential energy storage product in accordance with the technical specifications and standards of IEC 62619, IEC 63056, and IEC 62477, including charge and discharge, drop, insulation, and withstand voltage. It performed excellently throughout the entire test cycle, and finally successfully passed TÜV SÜD series testing and received CE, IEC62619, IEC63056, and IEC62477 TÜV SÜD certification certificates. The award of this certificate not only strongly proves that Tengi Power's household energy storage development process has met the requirements of this standard, but will also lay the foundation for the company's future development of industrial and commercial energy storage that meets functional safety.
It is reported that Tengi Power’s residential energy storage system adopts stacked installation and wiring-free design, which eliminates the need to manually connect power lines and communication lines between different Packs, reducing the workload of on-site installation; stacked installation is also safer and thinner Designed with a wall-mounted bracket, it can perfectly adapt to various complex installation environments. Each Pack of its energy storage batteries can store 5kWh of electricity, and a maximum of 7 Packs can reach 35kWh of energy. It is modular and flexible, making capacity expansion more convenient, and can meet the most diverse needs of distributors with the fewest standard categories. Its household energy storage system uses a more stable lithium iron phosphate battery system, which can remain stable at high temperatures and meets the high safety requirements of certifications such as IEC 62619/IEC 63056. How to achieve sustained, healthy and stable development will be a challenge that will be encountered in the process of focusing on the energy storage industry. During this process, the company will continue to establish in-depth exchanges and cooperation with TÜV SÜD to jointly explore carbon neutral solutions, Empowering a green future.
